NCTN Discussion Scheduled for Upcoming NCAB Meeting
The next meeting of the National Cancer Advisory Board (NCAB) is Tuesday, September 9. The afternoon session (1:30 PM EDT – 5:30 PM EDT) will feature the topics: NCI’s Evolving Clinical Trials System and the Impact of the New System. The latter presentation will include remarks from Walter J. Curran, Jr., MD, an NRG Oncology Group Chair and Executive Director of the Winship Cancer Institute of Emory University in Atlanta. NRG Oncology Science at ASTRO
NRG Oncology will have a strong presence at the American Society for Radiation Oncology’s 56th Annual Meeting taking place September 14–17 in San Francisco, with research results being presented in more than 20 scientific sessions. For presentation schedules, visit: NRG at ASTRO.
